A New Way for Employee Engagement and Retention

Hrithik has been working with Jade, an IT MNC, for more than 5 years. He got the long-serving employee award when he completed 5 years. He is also a star performer. 

Mukesh was the HR manager at Jade. When scanning employee mails for surveillance, Mukesh found out that many employees including Hrithik were looking for greener pastures. They seemed to have reached a saturation level at Jade.
